Spanish Wine Festival - Cochinillo Asado
New for 2016, this suckling pig roast is accompanied by fine Spanish wine and beer, and promises to be a picnic to top all picnics. Suckling pigs will be pit roasted in the Spanish tradition by the lead chefs from Michael’s Tasting Room, Culinary Outfitters, The Raintree and The Reef, and each restaurant will offer specialty side dishes. The featured wines include Eppa Sangria Red and Eppa Sangria White, try a Spanish cocktail created with Torres Brandy and Torres Gran Liq Orange, or sip a cool Estrella Jalisco beer.
